The 8 Conlay mobile app represents the inception of KSK Land’s vision to develop and operate smart buildings and, eventually, at the frontier of smart cities innovation. The app provides the homeowners and residents of YOO8 Branded Residences a suite of residential services and lifestyle features, which enable them to track their unit’s construction progress, manage their home remotely, access to luxury lifestyle services and community events, from the palm of their hand.
The app offers a seamless and hassle-free experience which elevates the entire homeowner journey from purchase to residency to property management. This is made possible by some of the most unique features available including isometric unit-level construction progress updates, in-app remote lift calling through the first-in-Malaysia partnership with KONE, first-of-its-kind tenant management where homeowner has full control over access into their homes, IoT smart home control enabled by integration with Lutron.
More new and exciting features will be introduced down the line, including cardless residential access, a chat function that connects YOO8 residents directly to Kempinski’s Lady-in-Red for access to the hotel’s hallmark services such as butler on call, private chef service, housekeeping, residential provisioning, tailoring and more.

8 Conlay is an integrated mixed-use development in the heart of the city comprising the first Kempinski Hotel in Malaysia, YOO8 branded residences serviced by Kempinski and lifestyle retail quarters. The project is expecting the delivery of vacant possession of its first tower (“Tower A”) by the end of 2022, whilst the topping out of Tower B is expected by mid-May 2022.
